4 Commonsense Reforms to Help Chicago Small Businesses

Elliott Richardson, co-founder and co-CEO of the Small Business Advocacy Council, published a great op-ed piece in Crain’s Chicago Business, highlighting several reforms that empower Chicago small businesses and help entrepreneurs retain their employees.
Recommendations include permitting A-frame signs, expanding sidewalk cafes, encouraging home-based businesses and allowing restaurants to serve alcohol within 100 feet of a church.
