Development Planned for Clark and Diversey

Acadia Realty Properties has announced plans to demolish a collection of buildings on the southeast corner of Clark & Diversey to make room for a larger two-story retail complex that would bolster the total commercial space from from 19,000 to 30,000 square feet. DNA Info reports that six retail tenants are planned, with an anchor on the ground floor and five others above in smaller units. Construction is expected to start in the first half of 2017.
