As part of the redevelopment of the former Lincoln Park Children’s Memorial Hospital site, the Lincoln Garage, located at 2316 N. Lincoln, is now owned by Lincoln Fullerton REIT Property LLC and managed and operated by SP+ Parking.

Effective July 1, 2016, the Lincoln Garage will transition to a paid parking facility. At that time, drivers will be required to enter their vehicle license plate number and submit cash or credit card payment for their length of stay into one of the convenient Pay-by-Plate kiosks located throughout the facility. Vehicles that are not entered into a kiosk, not paid or parked outside of the paid time limit will be towed at the owner’s expense.
