And after they perform, you can perform with them. If you’re chosen, come up and do a scene with whomever you like. Stay, talk and hang out. Part amazing show, part performance opportunity, part safe space. Watch. Laugh. Play. Laugh. Talk. Laugh.

Behind the Bentwood @ The Second City
A lot has changed over the last 58 years at The Second City, but one thing has remained a constant: their bentwood chairs. The simple yet elegant bentwood chair has been used as a stylistic element in every Second City show since our inception. Learn more about their history and enhance your Second City experience with this exclusive dinner and behind-the-scenes tour of our historic theaters and Training Center campus. Learn the secrets of their history, hear insider stories, and enjoy a three-course dinner (app, entrée, and dessert) prepared by their in-house chef at 1959 Kitchen & Bar. One of their own hilarious Second Citizens will guide you through this insightful and interactive experience. Then enjoy the show in a special seating section reserved for your enjoyment.
