Outdoor Fun

Spring Zing
Celebrate the start of summer with the 5th annual Spring Zing! This outdoor festival will be fun and family friendly with magic, balloon art and face-painting, a bounce house and catering from Geja’s Cafe, Vanille Patisserie and Insomnia Cookies. Stop by and bring the whole family.

Lincoln Park Greek Fest 2018
Explore Greek culture this weekend with the annual Lincoln Park Greek Fest! Situated on the grounds of the St. George Greek Orthodox church, this festival is a window into some favorites such as Greek street food like baklava, gyros and souvlaki as well as modern and traditional Greek music. This event is completely family friendly, complete with a fun bounce house and arts and crafts area.

The Revolutionists
This “fast-paced comedic quartet” follows four women who lived during the French revolution: then Queen Marie Antoinette, playwright Olympe De Gouge, assassin Charlotte Corday, and Haitian rebel Marianne Angelle. Watch their stories collide through this (sometimes true) performance.

Guards at the Taj
Set during the construction of the Taj Mahal, this performance tells the story of two imperial guards who, daunted by the task at hand, begin question their faith in God. the empire, and their friendship. Both hauntingly funny and deep, Guards at the Taj examines the true meaning of beauty and the cost of transcendence.

Fitness Fun

Run for the Zoo at Lincoln Park Zoo
Support our community favorite, the Lincoln Park Zoo, this weekend with the annual Run for the Zoo. This seasonal staple includes 5k and 10k races as well as a fun children’s obstacle course. Cheer on the runners and support the Zoo this weekend!

Green City Market Lincoln Park
