City of Chicago Fix Your Mortgage Events

The City of Chicago is offering Fix Your Mortgage events to help you understand federal foreclosure prevention and other programs. Get assistance from a trusted source.

You may be eligible for a loan modification if you:

• Are behind on your mortgage or at risk of foreclosure
• Are an owner–occupant of a 1 to 4 unit property
• Have a loan that was originated before Jan. 1, 2009
• Have income that will support monthly mortgage payments
