Throughout the years, Gutrich Chiropractic has been known for its focus on the patient’s needs and providing each patient with the highest level of quality care. After purchasing the practice in January, 2010 from long time owner Janet Gutrich, Dr. Vincent Domingo and his staff are dedicated to helping people heal without drugs or surgery.
Dr. Domingo has been practicing chiropractic for seven years, is certified in medical acupuncture, and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Additionally, Dr. Domingo works with the Global Medical Foundation, which allows him to travel to the Philippines to perform medical missions to provide care to impoverished individuals who would not otherwise be able to afford it. Dr. Domingo also teaches in the nursing department’s school of public health in a program set up between University of Illinois-Chicago, and St. Mary’s University in the Philippines.
The staff at Gutrich Chiropractic includes Dr. Yuanjun Liu, a licensed acupuncturist, who has been practicing traditional Chinese medicine for over 20 years. Additionally, Dr. Kuzich is a certified in golf fitness instruction through the Titleist Performance Institute, and a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner.
While the focus will always remain on providing quality care to each patient, Dr. Domingo has added some new technology to improve and broaden the care he and his staff provide.
New to the office is a spinal decompression table; this service is a state-of-the-art, non-surgical alternative for neck pain relief, bulging or degenerative disc disease, sciatica pain, and low back pain.
The most recent addition to Gutrich Chiropractic is a TheraPhoto infrared light therapy unit. Light Therapy has been proven very effective in the promotion of healing, and the reduction of pain. Several major professional and high-level college athletic programs utilize this therapy in treating their athletes. Light therapy is ideal for those with numbness, tingling, or radiation of pain, chronic pain sufferers, or those looking to return to their activities quickly from injury.
