LPCC Member Honored by Young Non-Profit Professionals Group

The Young Nonprofit Professional of the Year Award recognizes a young nonprofit professional who has made an outstanding contribution to the Chicago nonprofit sector through exemplary leadership a this or her organization, or through involvement in the Chicago nonprofit sector more widely. The following LPCC member was a runner-up for the award in 2010:

John Rush
Managing Director at Cleanslate Chicago

More than 500 individuals have been offered transitional jobs through Cleanslate since John become managing director. John is a role model to other young professionals because he has all of the personal and professional qualities that create success in the nonprofit field – intelligence, work ethic,business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills and great passion to serve others.  John's dedication to this field is exemplified through his work at Cleanslate, as well as his tremendous involvement in other organizations.
