TriView Appoints Paul Pekofske as Managing Broker

LPCC member TriView Property and Investments announced today (Nov. 30) the appointment of Paul Pekofske as Managing Broker.

Pekofske will be responsible for agents’ compliance with Illinois License Law in addition to the management of the sales and leasing division.

Starting in 2010, Pekofske served as TriView’s Director of Sales prior to acquiring his current title.  He came to TriView from PKF Realty where he served as Managing Broker and as a successful real estate agent for over a decade.  Prior to his real estate career, Pekofske held a successful financial investments strategy career for 18 years.  He is an Illinois Appraiser and a Certified Financial Specialist.

Pekofske is responsible for driving growth of the residential sales and leasing teams. His duties also include recruiting of new talent, training, and improving overall efficiency of business practices within the team.
