Neighborhood Business Development Center

The Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce is proud to be part of the Neighborhood Business Development Program (NBDC). The City of Chicago’s Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection (BACP) provides hyper-local support to business owners and start-up entrepreneurs through the NBDC grant program.

The Neighborhood Business Development Centers (NBDC) grant program funds Chicago-based nonprofit business service organizations, located throughout the City, to provide free business development assistance. As a Place-Based Specialist, the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce (LPCC) provides business development assistance to small business owners and entrepreneurs including guidance on permitting, available commercial properties, marketing and more.
