Chi Biz Strong and Outdoor Dining Grants Program
The City of Chicago’s Chi Biz Strong Grant Program will provide grants of $5,000 or $10,000, based on annual revenue, to small business and nonprofit organizations throughout Chicago that have been adversely impacted by COVID-19 from lost revenue or increased costs. To help bars and restaurants, the City of Chicago also launched the Outdoor Dining Grant Program. The Chi Biz Strong Grants Program and Outdoor Dining Grants Program application will close on Friday, November 12 at 11:59 p.m.

The Small Business Administration (SBA) offers many COVID-19 relief options for businesses including Economic Injury Disaster Loan and SBA Debt Relief.
Illinois Back to Business Grant Program
As part of Governor JB Pritzker’s overall economic recovery strategy, the $250 million Back to Business (B2B) grant program aims to deploy small businesses recovery grants for those hit hardest by the COVID-19 pandemic. The B2B grant program builds on last year’s Business Interruption Grant (BIG) program – an equity focused business relief program, which directed $290 million to 9,000 businesses in 98 communities across Illinois.
City of Chicago Business Recovery Payment Plan Program
Chicago’s Department of Finance is offering payment plans to eligible license holders for as little as $25 down with terms up to 60 months. The plans are available through June 30, 2022 for most debt types.

Administrative Hearing Debt
Parking and Camera Enforcement Debt
Utility Billing Debt
