A Peak Season Celebration at Mick Klug Farm with Green City Market

Join Green City Market and Mick Klug Farm, one of our very first market vendors, for an exclusive farm tour and seasonal dinner showcasing the product and people that make up the market community. Enjoy a summer evening at the farm, chat with farmers and chefs, and savor a locally-sourced menu featuring ingredients from Mick Klug Farm, Finn’s Ranch, Green Acres, Petals Farm, and more! All proceeds from the dinner support Green City Market’s sustainable farmers markets, which connect 50+ Midwest farmers to Chicago consumers, chefs, and community members year-round.
Each ticket includes a behind-the-scenes look at Mick Klug Farm during peak-season led by Abby Schilling, passed appetizers upon arrival at the farm, a 3-course seated, family-style dinner, and wine and beer provided by Chicago purveyors – plus an optional pre-departure reception at GCM Lincoln Park and transportation to the farm.
Participating chefs have made sourcing local ingredients a priority and have built lasting relationships with the Midwest farming community. The line-up includes:
