Join Goose Island for an evening exploring flavor and recipe development with Katherine Duncan of Katherine Anne Confections, Goose Island Brewhouse's Head Brewer Jon Naghski, and Cara Condon, Goose Island's Certified Cheese Professional. First, you'll learn how to evaluate beer, cheese and chocolate individually along with the inspiration and stories behind each.
Then, they will put everything together for a guided tasting of three chocolate, cheese and beer pairings.
