Friends of Nadu: Odia Feast – Jalikhnya Ru Sandhya

Nadu will host an Odia Feast on September 12 and 13, bringing together Chefs Sanchit Sahu of Nadu Chicago and Shan Samantray of LUFU NOLA in New Orleans for a special four-course, sit-down communal feast celebrating the culinary traditions of Odisha.
The weekend experience will feature traditional Odia breakfast, tiffin and lunch dishes served family-style, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian menu options available. Guests can also enjoy Odia-inspired cocktails and mimosas from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
