Hiking Tykes: Wetland Discovery at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum

Turtles, ducks, frogs and more! Discover the animals that call North Pond home. After searching for animals along the pond's edge, use nets and magnifiers to get a good look at some of the animals living beneath the water. This program is for children ages 4-6 and a caregiver. Adult and child should come prepared to spend time outdoors and to get a little muddy.
