Highlighting the people and partnerships shaping the neighborhood’s future, Lincoln Park 2026 will include the LPCC’s annual business meeting, recognition of the 2026 Neighborhood Champion Honorees, and a panel discussion with Lincoln Park’s three aldermen moderated.

This annual panel discussion includes Ald. Brian Hopkins (2nd), Ald. Timmy Knudsen (43rd), and Ald. Scott Waguespack (32nd). Moderated by Elliot Richardson (Small Business Advocacy Council), the conversation will focus on priorities and opportunities ahead.

The 2026 Neighborhood Champion honorees are Edda Coscioni, owner and lead stylist of Salon Edda, and Range Chicago. Both honorees reflect the depth of leadership and generosity found in Lincoln Park.

Edda Coscioni, owner and lead stylist of Salon Edda, will be recognized for her professional excellence and sustained civic impact. A first-generation American of Icelandic descent, Coscioni is an award-winning stylist and U.S. double gold medalist in hair design whose work has earned national and international recognition. Beyond the salon chair, she has led significant local fundraising efforts for Lincoln Park Community Services, Center on Halsted and Active Transportation Alliance.  She has served as a mayoral-appointed commissioner for Lincoln Avenue Special Service Area (SSA) #35 since 2016 and built Salon Edda as a carbon-neutral business that recycles all beauty waste. Edda and her husband Corey founded the Center for Beautiful Living, a wellness and empowerment company dedicated to helping people align their inner and outer worlds. Across every facet of her work – behind the chair, in the classroom, or in a coaching circle – Edda’s mission remains the same: to help people look and feel their most beautiful, powerful, and fully expressed.

Range Chicago is a beloved neighborhood restaurant that has anchored Lincoln Park since opening in 2013. Known for its seasonal cooking and dedication to local farmers, Range Chicago has paired hospitality with purpose through its monthly Community Nights since 2015, donating a portion of sales to local nonprofits. Over the years, the restaurant has supported dozens of organizations, including Nourishing Hope, Deborah’s Place, Common Pantry, Lincoln Park Community Services, Cradles to Crayons, and more – making generosity a core part of its business model.

Together, these honorees exemplify the spirit of Lincoln Park: entrepreneurial, community-minded, and deeply invested in giving back. The Lincoln Park 2026 Annual Meeting offers attendees a chance to celebrate these contributions, hear directly from local leaders, and engage in conversations about the neighborhood’s future.

Registration for this event is encouraged.
