Postpartum Freezer Prep Workshop with Morgan Mullins Nutrition PLLC

Prenatal and postpartum registered dietitian Morgan Mullins and private chef Chandler Maizel are teaming up to host a small, hands-on cooking class designed for moms who will be in their third trimester by March and want to head into postpartum with nourishing food already prepared and ready to rely on.

During the workshop, you’ll prepare and take home your own batch of freezer-friendly breakfasts, snacks, and soups, all thoughtfully designed to support postpartum recovery and real life after baby. This workshop is intentionally kept small to allow for hands-on guidance, connection, and personalized support.  Spots are limited and registration will close once the event is full.
