Our carefully crafted, small batch burnt sugar caramel is touched with Fleur de Sel from the lie de Re in France and encased in 45% cacao milk chocolate. Each truffle is hand topped with an organic pecan from Las Cruces, New Mexico. This California wine has approachable acids and balanced fruit notes, which pair happily with the caramel-filled truffle.
