Laura B. Folkes is a Certified Holistic Health Coach who has supported over 120 clients transform their relationships with food since 2015. She goes beyond weight loss support and accountability coaching to help you uncover the real reason you self-sabotage and fall off track with your eating. Laura is a certified facilitator of the research-based Truce with Food process, which helps clients achieve sustainable results without feeling deprived. Her own journey towards experiencing a truce with food and 60-pound weight loss led her to become a Certified Holistic Health Coach.
