Ald. Timmy Knudsen (43rd) will be at the 43rd Ward office (2523 N. Halsted) on Saturday, September 24 from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. and Sunday, September 25 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. collecting food and goods for migrants who are seeking asylum in Chicago. The office will continue to accept donations throughout the following weeks if you cannot make it to the office this weekend.

Only NEW items can be accepted at this time, some of which include the following:

• Reusable bags (e.g., duffle bags and suitcases)
