Awad Landscapes & Design has been renamed and rebranded to “Elegant Outdoor Designs.” Elegant Outdoor Designs, owned and operated by Brian Awad, will continue 10 serve the greater Chicagoland area with landscaping, snow removal, hardscapes, outdoor lighting, pergolas. rooftops, outdoor designs and more. To celebrate the name change, various fall specials are being offered until October 15, 2019.

Elegant Outdoor Designs will continue to create customized solutions for clients, even those living in smaller spaces throughout the city. Clients receive a comprehensive consultation that includes a 3-D model of the finished area to ensure all parties are informed of the time commitment, cost, and quality of the work.

For the fall season. Elegant Outdoor Designs is offering 15% off of landscape designs and 10% off any rooftop design project.

Additionally. Elegant Outdoor Designs is offering fall clean-ups starting at $375. Fall clean-ups prepare your yard for the new season by removing all leaves and debris with blowers rather than mowers to protect your lawn and avoid thatch, as well as cleaning out all beds, lending 10 perennials, trimming bushes, and cleaning up the hedges. The name change will not affect any of1he services provided by the fonncr Awad Landscapes & Design. Instead, the name was changed for marketing purposes to better articulate the expertise of lhe company.
