Elevate Lincoln Park Breaks Ground

Hosted by Baker Development Corporation, Elevate Lincoln Park held a formal groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday, November 1. Plans for the new development include a 10-story building with 191 luxury apartments, 16,300 square feet of retail space and 160 parking spaces. The building should be move-in ready by summer 2017.
