Ensuring Compliance During Phase IV

Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection (BACP) investigators examined hundreds of businesses this past weekend for Phase IV compliance. While most were following the rules, they did issue ten citations of $10,000 each to five businesses. They also shut down Chicago Lakefront Cruises for blatantly ignoring the reopening guidelines.
