Exciting Changes at Gemini Bistro

Posted on October 6, 2016

Gemini Bistro announced exciting news after a successful seven years in the neighborhood. Reopening as Gemini in 2017, the restaurant will still have the same neighborhood charm with a completely new menu and design. Familiar faces will stay too, but with an exciting business partnership between Ryan O’Donnell and current Head Bartender and longtime friend Pauly Graves. This rejuvenation will also give Executive Chef Jon Keeley the opportunity to explore a new menu for the restaurant.

“We owe it to ourselves and our guests to provide an updated Gemini,” said Owner Ryan O’Donnell. “We’ve had tremendous success in the neighborhood, and having just resigned our lease and celebrating the 7th anniversary, it seemed like the ideal time to give new opportunities to our hard-working team.”

They have partnered with 555 International Founder James Geier and Lead Designer Kristin Wynne to execute an extensive design overhaul, which will feature lighter and brighter elements. The ambiance will still be inviting and approachable to neighborhood walk-ins, while also bringing an elevated bar scene to the area. With an influx of diners eating full meals at the bar, Gemini’s new horseshoe shaped bar will boast 24 seats serving the full menu.

New hours of operation include dinner seven nights a week and brunch service on the weekends.

Gemini Bistro’s last service will be on New Year’s Eve. Reservations for New Year’s Eve seatings can be made by calling the restaurant at 773.525.2522.
