LPCC members are making connections and successfully doing business together! After connecting at a New Member Orientation this summer, Amanda Stamelos of Coordinate Properties and Tatiana Perry of Compass successfully closed on a five lot redevelopment deal in the West Loop totaling 1.5 million dollars. Tatiana represented the seller and Amanda represented the buyer.
