Breakfast with Ina! Cooking Demo with Ina Pinkney @ Read It & Eat
Breakfast Queen Ina Pinkney shows us how she breakfasts! Ina Pinkney served throngs of Chicagoans and visitors alike at her namesake restaurant in the West Loop for over 30 years. After closing the doors of Ina’s Kitchen in 2013, she gathered her recipes and life stories in her first and only cookbook.

For those of us who relished in Ina’s comforting breakfast staples at the restaurant, and those who didn’t get the chance, this demo lets Ina show you exactly how she does it, right here in our kitchen. Ina will make her Pasta Frittata and Chocolate Soufflé Cake. Of course there will be coffee (and a mimosa!).
