All employers regardless of their size, will need to comply with new City of Chicago and Illinois employment laws that recently became effective or will become effective soon.

These laws include mandatory sexual harassment training, minimum wage increases, employee expense reimbursement, workplace scheduling of employees, artificial intelligence and the legalization of recreational marijuana. Each of these new employment laws will have an impact on how you operate your business and require revisions to your current employee handbook.
