North Avenue Shopping Center For Sale

Owners of Marcello’s, located at 645 W. North, plan to sell a shopping center which is home to one of its restaurants, located near the border of Old Town and Lincoln Park. Marcello’s occupies 12,000 of the shopping center’s 27,181 square feet which provides an opportunity for a buyer to seek zoning to build a new retail structure that could include 200 to 350 residential units.
