The future of our neighborhood will be defined by new developments. As a partner with the Lincoln Park community, we understand the need to improve our green space opportunities and the livability of our neighborhoods. The development of the North Branch of the Chicago River provides a once in a lifetime opportunity to envision how we could use this space today and in the future.

Over the past year, a team of elected officials and community groups have proposed a plan to create North Branch Preserve Park. It’s a model for how we could use the whole river, throughout our City, for years to come. It allows for manageable development while meeting the needs of families and future generations of Chicagoans.
