Crain’s Chicago Business posted a great interview with LPCC Board Member Sophie Evanoff, President and CEO of Vanille Patisserie. Sophie was recently the first woman to win the James Tyree Emerging Business Leadership Award from the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and she’s a featured panelist at Crain’s Small Business Forum on Thursday, October 13.
