Vanille Patisserie Celebrates The Return of Thanksgiving Pies

Vanille Patisserie will once again offer a uniquely American tradition this November: Thanksgiving pie. The Chicago patisserie will offer five delicious pies this year along with their usual lineup of French confections. Thanksgiving pie flavors include Pumpkin with Cinnamon Whipped Cream, Apple Streusel, Pecan, Maple Cream with Mascarpone Whipped Cream, Gingersnap Streusel and Chocolate Nutella French Silk. Due to popular demand, orders for Thanksgiving pies will begin November 1.
“Throughout the year we focus on our award-winning French macarons and other desserts but during November we love to offer our spin on the all-American Thanksgiving pie,” said Sophie Evanoff, president of Vanille Patisserie. “The entire team at Vanille enjoys being a part of all our customers holiday celebrations.”
Vanille’s Thanksgiving pies are sold for $28.95 or $25.95 each for two or more. Gluten-free pie crusts are available for Pecan, Pumpkin and Chocolate Nutella French Silk pies.
Orders must be placed by Sunday, November 18 and only a limited number of pies will be available for walk-ins the week of Thanksgiving. Orders will be available for pick-up in Lincoln Park at 2108 N. Clark.
