Neighbors and supporters of Clark Street in Lincoln Park put their best (and most creative) foot forward to celebrate Halloween virtually this year. The competition for our friendly costume contest was fierce and our judges had their work cut out for them. With dozens of participants, including the newly added pet contestants, some tough decisions had to be made.
