Presidents’ Day @ the Chicago History Museum
Discover the lives behind some of the legends of the American presidency. This one day event offers fun for the whole family with live music from the Chicago Brass Band, family crafts and a performance of Meeting the Lincolns by With Lincoln Productions. By the way, did we mention that it’s FREE.

Architecture Afternoons @ ArcLight Cinemas with Chicago Architecture Foundation
CAF has partnered with ArcLight Cinemas Chicago to bring you an exclusive monthly film series that explores how filmmakers use our city and its architecture to tell extraordinary stories. On Sunday, February 19, ArcLight Cinemas will show Stranger than Fiction, starring Will Ferrell and Emma Thompson. The film was shot in Chicago and features several of the city’s most recognizable buildings.

Tasting @ J9 Wine Bar
Come meet Erica Crawford, founder of Loveblock wines, and discover the taste of New Zealand. There will be charcuterie platters for pairing, and special glass pricing during the event.

8th Annual “Night at the Fights” Amateur Boxing Tournament
The National Italian American Sports Hall of Fame is excited to present the 8th annual “Night at the Fights.” Join the NIASHF as they kick off their fundraising year with an night full of excitement that includes eight amateur bouts, and the Hall of Fame presenting its annual awards. This year’s recipients are Sally Hazelgrove, Bill Conforti of Cobblestone Development (LPCC member) and former world champion Evander Holyfield. Tickets include food and drinks and start at $100 per person.

Community Night @ Range Restaurant
Range’s Community Night was created to provide visibility to organizations in the Chicagoland area who are giving back to the community, and encourage guests to eat responsibly. Range’s next Community Night proceeds will go towards Wasteshed, a creative reuse center based in Humboldt Park. They are a resource for affordable reused art and school materials and a community-based art, environment and anti-waste education program.
