One of the benefits of LPCC membership is the opportunity to share special discounts or “Hot Deals” with other members and the Lincoln Park community through the Hot Deals program.
Once you are logged into your member portal, on the left hand side, you will see a list of Shortcuts — click on “Hot Deals.” In the next screen, click on the blue button to the right that reads “add hot deal.” Enter the requested information on your offer, and upload a picture or logo if you wish. Please do not use colored fonts, all capitals or bold type in your copy. There is a formatted template for the Hot Deals so that we can keep the look consistent.
Make sure to enter both the “offer start date” and “offer end date,” as well as the “publish start date” and “publish end date” at the bottom. Typically these start and end dates will be the same.
It is to your advantage to make your offer valid for for at least a full month, and preferably into at least the first week of the following month, so that anyone reading it for the first time has the opportunity to take advantage of it.
When you are finished you should click on “submit for approval.”
Once submitted, we get a message on our end to go in and view the offer and approve. If we see any issues with dates or content, we will contact you. All deals submitted will be posted on the Hot Deals page of our website within 48 hours. Newly submitted Hot Deals will be featured in an edition of our LPCC eNewsletter and/or Neighborhood News & Events.
