Wizard of Oz Tin Man

The Tin Man in Oz Park was designed by metal sculptor John Kearney and donated to Oz Park by the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce. Oz Park was named in honor of Frank Baum, author of the Wizard of Oz, who lived in Chicago at the turn of the century.
