Celebrating 100 Years of the Chicago Hearing Society

August 19, 2016 | 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Celebrate Chicago Hearing Society's 100 years of service to the community. Enjoy a night of food, drinks and music, with a toast to the past 100 years and an exciting look at the next 100. Guests can help decorate a very special "century" cake with candles, flowers and sprinkles. All decorations purchased include raffle tickets for a variety of special items, from sports tickets and jewelry to theatre tickets. Cocktail attire requested.

Over the last 10 decades, Chicago Hearing Society, a division of Anixter Center since 1997, has transformed the lives of hundreds of thousands of children, teens and adults who are deaf, deafblind, and hard-of hearing living in Metropolitan Chicago.

The 100th Anniversary will bring together approximately 300 sponsors, donors, guests, and program beneficiaries, to pay homage to the legacy of those whose lives have been touched by CHS over the last 100 years, with an eye toward ensuring those served in the next century will continue to have access to the exceptional quality of services that CHS provides. The evening will feature cocktails, delicious fare, live entertainment, a raffle, and more!
