Insect Pinning 101 at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum

Take a piece of tropical nature home with you from this expert-led workshop! Learn the ins and outs of insect pinning with a demonstration and guided instruction. Using giant butterflies and cockroaches, you will focus on pinning procedure and techniques. Leave this workshop with your very own pinned specimens for display. All materials provided. Participants 12-18 years old are welcome to join! Before registering a participant under 18, please email programs@naturemuseum.org.
