On Saturday, September 17 at 7:30 a.m., join Alderman Brian Hopkins on a bicycle ride around the 2nd Ward.

This 7.5-mile social ride begins and ends at the 2nd Ward office and will travel through Wicker Park, Ukranian Village, Goose Island, Lincoln Park, and more! The ride will travel at a medium pace. For everyone’s safety, we ask that all bicycle riders be at least 16 years of age. Preview the route here.

A shorter, 2-mile family-focused ride has also been laid out for riders of all ages, which will travel through Wicker Park only. Check out the family-focused route here.

Event Schedule:
7:30 a.m. – Sign In & Coffee at 2nd Ward Office
8:00 a.m. – Ride Begins
9:00 a.m. – Family Ride ends at 2nd Ward Alderman’s Office
10:00 a.m. – Rest Stop at Mariano’s Bucktown
11:00 a.m. – Finish at 2nd Ward Alderman’s Office
