Wintrust Community Banks have received the 2017 J.D. Power & Associates’ “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Retail Banking in the Midwest.”
J.D. Power and Associates is an American-based global marketing information services company founded in 1968 by James David Power III. The company conducts surveys of customer satisfaction, product quality, and buyer behavior for industries ranging from cars to marketing and advertising firms. The syndicated rankings and awards that the firm releases via its press releases to the media are in no way influenced by the opinions or perceptions of J.D. Power itself. They are simply reflecting what the consumers of these products and services think about them.
