The All In – Halsted’s Music Mile Festival
Kingston Mines is taking part in this years Halsted’s Music Mile Festival. Enjoy live music with great food and drink specials at several music venues located on Halsted between Armitage and Diversey.

Glimpses of the Great War: Faith, Family and Community during World War One @ DePaul Richardson Library
The Richardson Library at DePaul University is unveiling its newest exhibit for Spring and Summer 2017. Glimpses of the Great War focuses on the connection between DePaul University and World War One by tracking the ties between the university and the Ward family, long-time Lincoln Park residents who had five members fight in the war. The exhibit will be open to the public starting this weekend.

Lincoln Park Drama

La Havana Madrid @ Steppenwolf
Step back in time to the 1960s and experience real life stories of Latino immigrants and the nightclub that drew them to Chicago’s north side. La Havana Madrid is a long-gone Caribbean night club that became a cultural hub for the newly-arrived Latinos. The production features live music and will chronicle the history of Caribbean Latino music throughout the decade.

Never the Milk and Honey @ Greenhouse Theater
Alger was a man of deep faith, but when the world was supposed to end it did not end for him and his family. Never the Milk and Honey explores what happens when the covenants that bind us together break and wonders if faith can ever be rebuilt.

DePaul University Postgame Clinic @ Cacciatore Stadium
Join the DePaul University Softball coaches after their game for a one-hour long clinic. Girl softball players between the ages of 7 – 13 can receive instruction that focuses on hitting, bunting, baserunning and fielding. Registration cost includes a game ticket and clinic.
