After sharing the results of a community survey, Ald. Brian Hopkins (2nd) held a second community meeting on November 29 for Sterling Bay to share their revised Lincoln Yards Development Proposal.

The next step in this process is to designate a new TIF district for the purposes of funding infrastructure improvements in the North Branch area. The next meeting is an introduction to the Community Development Commission on Tuesday, December 11. Click here for a complete timeline regarding the proposed TIF district.
